How quickly can I expect my order and what is the average lead time for parts? We pride ourselves on dependability and quick turnarounds. We offer just-in-time services and expedited shipping. We can ship small orders in as little as a few hours and large order within 24 hours and up to a week, depending on your individual needs. Please contact us or submit a web quote for individually quoted estimated time of arrivals.
What is the turn around time for quotes? Quotes are answered on a first come first serve basis within 1 – 3 business days. However, for a quick quote please contact our Sales Manager.
How secure is my quote information? We use a secure ftp transfer on all files and information. This allows us to transmit your information securely, in addition all files and designs are completely confidential. We have committed ourselves to the highest integrity standards and have lived by these standards for over 50 years.

Is there a minimum charge for manufacturing? Yes, in most cases our minimum manufacturing charge is $50.00.ALL quotes are FREE. Our ultimate goal is to support your business. To us, this is just one way we can help you make the best decision.
Do you sell any material or tooling? Yes, we do but only if it is not needed to meet our manufacturing needs. Please contact our Materials Manager for more information or to check availability.On occasion special set-ups or orders that require extended manufacturing hours, may be charged an expedite charge. Please contact us or submit a web quote for individual pricing. In some circumstances, overnight order processing or shipping may be available.

Do you have a minimum or maximum quantity? No, we can manufacture 1 part or thousands.
What are your working and office hours? Office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm and our normal working hours of operation are Monday – Friday 5:00am – 5:00pm. However, on occasion our working hours are tailored to special orders and may be extended in the evening and/or over weekends.
How do you ship to your customers? In most cases our shipments are made via UPS, FedEx, USF Holland, Roadway, or our truck. If you need another shipping company please contact our shipping manager for more details. |
